Katelin and Bret’s wedding is finally here!!
I can’t tell you how excited I was that this day finally arrived. I’ve known Katelin & Bret and their families since Katelin’s sister Megan got married in 2013 and I photographed for them. Megan’s wedding was awesome and Katelin followed in her big sister’s footsteps with an awesome wedding of her own. So many happy tears all around from everyone. Tears with Megan helping Katelin into her dress. Tears when her girls saw her for the first time in her gown. The sweetest tears when Bret saw Katelin for the first time at the top of the aisle. Tears during beautiful heartfelt speeches and toasts from their family and friends. So many happy tears!! (I may have shed my share, too, just sayin’.)
Katelin & Bret created a beautiful event with the relaxed yet elegant country vibe they were going for. Everything was beautiful but nothing was fussy. Their personal touch was in all the right places and everyone enjoyed themselves and danced the night away. It suited their personalities perfectly!
I couldn’t have been more honored to have worked with these two and their families both back in 2013 and now, and everything in between like Katelin’s college graduation and her engagement to Bret. I know I’ve made some friends for life and couldn’t feel more lucky that my work allows me to cultivate relationships like this. Weddings are the best!!
Check out their photos below and leave them some love in the comments!
