I was so happy when Rachel & Devon wanted to do their engagement session basically in my back yard, lol! I live in Silverthorne and one of the reasons we chose to move here was the abundance of beauty all around. Being that they booked their wedding at Arapahoe Basin’s Black Mountain Lodge this summer, I love that they “get it” and want to be around all the magic here as well!

We started out in town and then made our way to two different trailheads nearby. Both stunning and both with different angles of view to offer of south to the Tenmile Range/Breckenridge and north to the Gore range. We wrapped up their session as the sun began to sink below the ridges setting off some beautiful color and drama in the sky.
