I love engagement photos. Rarely do we take time out to truly honor our relationships in photos. It’s a great time to relax, have fun, and focus on each other while getting to know me as a photographer. Not only are they a great commemorative piece of this time in your life, but they can also add to your overall wedding in your wedding website, save the dates, and even your guest book. Plus, they make great memories to look back on as you continue to celebrate anniversaries.
My engagement sessions last approximately 90 minutes and are in the location(s) of your choice. Have no fear if you aren’t familiar with the mountains. We can chat about the look you’re going for and I can suggest spots for you to choose from and time of year to choose from as well. Whether you want snow-capped mountains, the wildflower bloom, views from up high, views from lakeside, fields, cliffs—whatever you’re looking for, I have the local knowledge to get you to the right spot.

I absolutely LOVE elopements and micro weddings! I consider it an honor to photograph such an intimate event for you. Since Colorado allows you to self-solemnize your own ceremony, I am often the only witness to these meaningful moments and the uniqueness and importance of that is never lost on me. However, if you’d like an officiant, I can provide a package with an ordained officiant (my husband!) as another option. Living in this gorgeous paradise of Summit County Colorado provides me with a unique perspective and knowledge of the area so that I can help you pick out the perfect spot for your vows and even recommend some other vendors should you want them! Please reach out today so we can chat about everything you’re looking for!
The energy of weddings is what drew me to photographing them. I love the excitement, the anticipation, the joy. Every wedding, no matter how large or small shares this special excitement. Documenting a couple’s shared love is an honor not found in many other professions and the drive to document it honestly and beautifully is my mission. Love is love and every bit of what is special between you and yours should be celebrated!

Former wedding client with new additions? Coming to the mountains for a family vacation? Let’s do a family photo session! My family photo style is relaxed and fun. I offer session in mini, midi, and full length and I’ll evaluate your family’s unique needs and suggest the perfect location just for you!
Receptions are awesome. The anticipation of the wedding is over and everyone cuts loose in their own way. I love capturing all the energy and fun of the evening as my clients celebrate with their friends and family.
Nighttime wedding photography is the stuff dreams are made of! The drama, the vibrant colors, the stars, and even galaxies! I absolutely love sneaking my clients out of the reception for a few moments to capture these unique images of their day. It’s another opportunity to be creative and often create a keystone image of the wedding day.

It’s funny. Even though I LIVE in Silverthorne, Colorado, a hot spot for mountain destination weddings, I still love to travel for other types of destination weddings and events! Over the years they’ve taken me to India, South Africa, Aruba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Germany, Canada, and from coast to coast in America. They’re an experience unlike any other so each one is handled, planned, and quoted individually.

Details, details, details! It’s all in the details! There are a million and one catch phrases that highlight the importance of details. Weddings are no different. While my main focus is on the couple’s interactions with each other and their guests, I still take time to notice all the little details that my clients put in to their wedding days. Some clients spend weeks and months planning, ordering, creating, and setting up these important pieces of the day and they deserve to be documented just as beautifully as the rest of the day.

Bridal Parties are important parts of your wedding day. You picked these very special people to stand beside you during your vows. I have a blast working with wedding parties every weekend and documenting not just how good everyone looks in their formal wear but also the fun, silliness, and laughter that happens among friends on such a unique day.
